I am the founder of Mōvimentum LLC located in Freehold, New Jersey. As a Certified ACE Personal Trainer, Certified StrongBoard Balance Instructor and a US registered exercise professional, I focus on developing confidence in my clients and designing long term healthier lifestyles. My programming integrates resistance band and StrongBoard Balance training to optimize natural movements of the body. I am a cyclist, a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, social entrepreneur and enjoy developing healthy habits at home and with my clients.
